When Are Payments Due?
Deposit Deadlines
- A deposit is required to hold space for each cabin. Deadlines can vary by cruise line and sailing date, so your account executive will confirm the exact due date.
- To lock in rates and ensure your group’s cabins are held together, we strongly recommend making deposits as early as possible.
Final Payment Deadline
- Final payment is usually due 90 to 120 days before sailing, depending on the cruise line. This will be clearly noted in your group’s confirmation and on each guest’s payment page.
Can I Pay for Others in My Group?
- Yes. You can make payments on behalf of other guests in your group. Just contact your Group Account Executive for help, or use the secure link provided for each reservation.
What Happens If Someone Misses a Payment?
- If a guest misses a payment, their reservation may be at risk. We’ll do our best to send reminders, but it’s important that all payments are made by the deadlines listed in your group agreement.
