During the process of selecting your cruise information, you will have a six digit reference ID number listed under the photo. The reference ID number will make it easier for your travel agent to pull the exact details that you wanted to book. The more information that you have the easier it will be to pick up where you left off during the booking process. If you do not have the 6-digit reference ID number, you can share the cruise itinerary details, such as cruise, ship name, cruise dates, or any specific info you can share.
If your credit card has been charged.
Your credit card has been charged but you have not received any information. Online you can request your booking confirmation email to be resent. All you need is the lead passengers last name and email address.
