The safety, security and well-being of our guests, crew and communities we visit is our number one priority. Regent Seven Seas Cruises continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus situation and the global health environment. With COVID-19 continuing to impact communities and ports around the globe, we have extended our voluntary temporary suspension of voyages embarking through September 30, 2020, as well as all 2020 Canada & New England sailings on the Navigator through October 18, 2020.

- Seven Seas Splendor™ — March 14 - September 24
- Seven Seas Explorer® — March 12 - September 21
- Seven Seas Mariner® — March 19 - September 23
- Seven Seas Navigator® — March 13 - October 18
- Seven Seas Voyager® — April 16 - September 30
Guests have two options to choose:
- Option 1 - 125% Future Cruise Credit. The default compensation will be the Future Cruise Credits.
- Future Cruise Credits will be good for one year and can be applied to all 2020-2022 sailings.
- Future Cruise Credits can be applied to multiple reservations.
- Option 2 - 100% Refund. Guests with bookings that are not paid in full will receive a 100% Refund for amounts paid for voyages canceled with the June 16th suspension.
- Refunds, if chosen, will be processed back in the same form of payment received within 90 days of completing the request form online for paid in full bookings.
- Non paid-in-full bookings with the June 16th suspensions will be automatically refunded within 90 days of the cancellation.
Affected travelers will automatically receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit with a bonus 25% Future Cruise Credit. These Future Cruise Credits are valid for one year from issue date and applicable toward all voyages through December 31, 2022. Clients taking the automatic Future Cruise Credits will also receive full Seven Seas Society loyalty night credit for their suspended voyage. Clients who prefer a 100% refund submit their request by June 30, 2020 and the refund will be processed within 90 days. If you chose to cancel the booking prior to our announced suspension of voyages, then the policy in place at the time of their cancellation will prevail. We will not be making any exceptions to the policies enforced on previously canceled bookings and appreciate your understanding in this regard.
