We will further suspend global cruise voyages through May 31, 2021. Our refund process, additional compensation and commission protection for this current suspension will mirror what we did for our previous suspension.
What Is The Offer
- Refunds: All guests with current and active bookings affected by this suspension will automatically receive a 100% refund of the fare paid, back to their original form of payment.
- No further action is needed by you or your client. Monetary refunds will be processed automatically by NCL within 30 days. Please then allow 7-10 business days from our processing date for funds to become visible back to the original form of payment.
- For those reservations paid via a previously issued FCC, 100% of the FCC used will be re-applied to the guests’ Latitudes account within 7 days. No further action is needed by you or your client.
- Additional Compensation: As a gesture of our appreciation for continued support and loyalty, along with the 100% monetary refund or return of the applied FCC, guests with affected reservations may receive a 10% discount off their next future cruise with us (if they have not received one in a previous suspension). If applicable, this 10% off discount will automatically be added to the guest’s Latitudes account by Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Special notes regarding applicability of the 10% discount:
