Please be advised that we have received the following important information from Holland America regarding your sailing.
Due to the continued port closures and travel restrictions surrounding COVID-19 and in an abundance of caution, Holland America Line has made the decision to voluntarily pause global cruise operations of its 14 ships for 30 days, impacting sailings scheduled to depart through April 14, 2020.
Due to the continued port closures and travel restrictions surrounding global health concerns, Holland America Line has made the decision to extend its pause of global cruise operations for an additional 30 days, cancelling sailings scheduled to depart through May 14, 2020.
Guests currently booked on cruises from April 14 through May 14 and their travel advisors will have 2 options:
- Option 1: Future Cruise Credit for 125% of their booking value plus an additional $250 shipboard credit. Non-cruise fare purchases through Holland America Line will be refunded via the method of payment used to purchase the services.
- Option 2: A full refund will be reimbursed to the original form of payment.
Please complete the Holland America Cancellation Preference Form to advise of your preferred option by June 1, 2020. Again there is no need to call to confirm your cancellation. We sincerely thank everyone for their patience and understanding.
