To access your reservation details, click the “Review and Confirm Reservation Details” link in your confirmation email (subject line: Thanks, <Name> - Confirm Your Reservation with CRUISESONLY.COM: Further Action Required).
To request a new confirmation email, you can do one of the following:
- Go to Cruisesonly.com and click My Cruise Reservation
- Enter your 8 digit confirmation number, email address and last name
- Once in the Reservation, select “Booking Tools” from the top right corner
- Select “Request a copy of your invoice”
- Access a Chat Agent between the hours of 9am - 12am EST, 7 days a week.
